We finally know when ’13 Reasons Why’ will be back

At long last. The release date for Netflix’s controversial teen show 13 Reasons Why‘s upcoming third season has been revealed.

The high school series which came to a shocking halt in its season two finale cliffhanger left Tyler (Devin Druid) and Clay’s (Dylan Minnette) future up in the air.

Fans have patiently been waiting to see what happens next since binging the second season last year.

One of the show’s actors Zack Prusak (who is credited as ‘Jock’) took to Twitter to reveal the show will be back in October.

He wrote “ 13 Reasons Why season 3. October 2019! Let’s go!”

Netflix is yet to respond to confirm if there is any truth to his 

It has already been confirmed that Katherine Langford, who played Hannah Baker in the first two seasons will NOT be back as the season will reportedly move beyond Hannah’s story. 

According to several reports, the third season will contain a total of 13 episodes. 

Cast members set to return include Dylan Minnette, Brandon Flynn (Justin), Ross Butler (Zach), Alisha Boe (Jessica) and more!

Riverdale star Hart Denton is also rumoured to appear in the upcoming new season.
