Bella Hadid and her rapper bae The Weeknd have ditched traditional Thanksgiving this year, instead, opting for an extravagant Arabian adventure – and we can see why.
The pair has been sighted gallivanting around the majestic Abu Dhabi as The Weeknd performed to feverish crowds at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
In a series of Instagram posts, the couple shared dreamy pictures of the pair quad-biking through velvety sand dunes, camel-riding at dusk, and cruising the desert in luxe Bentleys as twilight fell.
Bella also managed to squeeze in some family time on the luxurious trip, telling her 21.2 million followers that her whole year was made when she was joined by her cousins backstage at The Weeknd’s sell-out gig.
‘I only get to see my beautiful cousin Reema and nieces Salma & Aya when I’m in Dubai and they drove up for the show in Abu Dhabi… I feel so lucky.’
‘Such a great show baby in one of my favorite places in the [world]. Best night ever.’
It certainly appears as though The Weeknd is back in the Hadid fam’s good books after the couple’s highly-publicised break-up in 2016 – he was even sighted sitting with Bella’s mother, Yolanda Hadid, at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last month where Bella slayed the catwalk.
We hope this means smooth-sailing for the adventurous couple and, hopefully, plenty more intercontinental escapade snaps we can feast our eyes on!
