Nick Jonas pretty much confirms Jonas Brothers anthem “Lovebug” was written for Miley Cyrus in the revealing new Amazon Prime documentary, Chasing Happiness.
The surprising bit of information comes up during the doco when Kevin reflects on their first guest appearance on Hannah Montana.
Spilling the tea, Kevin revealed “We got to be on the Hannah Montana episode on the Disney Channel. That changed girls for Nick forever.”
“When we met Miley, I think that kid’s head exploded” he added.
Confirming that his head did indeed explode, Nick whom dated the pop princess in 2006 shared “I started writing about love and I actually knew what it felt like. For the first time, I was asking them the kinds of questions a younger brother can ask their older brothers.”
This amazing tidbit came as the feature-length documentary gives an inside look at Nick recording vocals for “Lovebug” which pretty much hints that the song was all about Miley!
Both stars are now happily married and remain great friends.
