Twitter officially lost their minds when they discovered that the iconic, and kind of creepy Teletubbies had given birth.
Who knew they were even pregnant?!
Lyen Krenz Yap first tweeted about it, and told BuzzFeed News that she found out about the baby Teletubbies on Facebook.
“I was a big fan of the Teletubbies growing up,” she said. “And to find out they had KIDSS I…shookt.”
She then posted them on Twitter because “I wanted my friends to be just as shookt.”
Well, consider the world officially #shookt.
So… here they are…
The Tiddlytubbies were introduced in 2015, in an episode called “Babies.”
Their website explains that they are “eight smaller Teletubbies,” whose names are Daa Daa (green), Mi-Mi (sky blue), Ping (pink), Baa (deep blue), RuRu (orange), Duggle Dee (red), Nin (purple), and Umby Pumby (yellow).
A spokesperson for the Teletubbies told BuzzFeed News that they are “adorable, smaller versions of the Teletubbies,” who were introduced to “bring a younger perspective to the show and reinforce the sense of nurture and caring.”
Wellllllll there ya go.
