Ian Somerhalder is currently promoting his new show V Wars that has premiered on Netflix, and in doing so, is dropping some truth bombs about his personal life.
WATCH: Ian Somerhalder says he lost his virginity at 13
The actor chatted with Andy Cohen on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy recently, where he revealed that he was only 13-years-old when he lost his V card to an older 16-year-old girl.
“[I was] 13. It was fun,” the 40-year-old said on the radio show. “When you’re 13 and you’re a boy, you know, or a girl, but boys are pretty on it.”
But how did a young Ian know what to do? Well, his older brother Robert was there to guide him through the whole thing.
“I had an older brother. My brother was seven years older than me, so he taught me a lot. And he was quite a Cassanova…and he used to have girls in his bedroom all the time. And what I did was, I went in the bottom corner of his window, and I pinched the Venetian blinds down, so I had a clear view, and then when he’d have girls over I would run outside and I would watch. And I learned a lot.”
He continued, “We do what we had to do. This was the live-action organic version [of internet porn]. Now, kids are watching all this s–t on the internet and it’s destroying society.”
Wowza. The more you know.
