Introducing, Connie – a woman battling low self esteem and a livid mother.
‘After a while you just kind of think, what’s wrong with me if every single person that I meet doesn’t want a bar of me? What am I doing wrong?’ she says, admitting that at 27, she’s lonely. ‘I don’t think I’m ugly but I don’t think there’s anything striking about me.’

As for Connie’s mum, well, she has a reasonable opinion about the TV dating experiment, however, the evil cackle she oozed when Connie spilled her wedding plans was reminiscent of the evil stepmother in Cinderella.
The bride-to-be’s sister also did her best evil stepsister impression.
‘I can’t stand that show. This show can be quite manipulating,’ Connie’s mum snapped after recovering from her cackling fit.
She told Connie, ‘I think it’s ridiculous and catty. That’s everything you’re not.’

A ‘strength and mindset coach’, this lover of ‘Sneakers & Versace’ marries Tash on season seven of MAFS.
She is also the host of her own podcast which focuses on strength training, health and wellness.
In the promo, Amanda is seen in tears as some of her loved ones refuse to show up for the show’s first ever same sex wedding.

A barber from inner-city Melbourne, Steven is the eldest contestant on MAFS 2020.
And he’s no stranger to reality TV, having dated 2018 MasterChef Australia winner, Diana Chan.
On his Instagram account, the testicular cancer survivor advises his followers, ‘Therapy is expensive. Get a haircut instead. We’re great listeners.’
And while he sounds like a bit of a catch, if the whispers are true, Steven is a cheater! It’s believed Steven was paired up with single mum, Mishel Meshes, who learns on her wedding day that her new spouse has been unfaithful, just like the seven-out-of-eight men she previously dated.

To say Elizabeth had a rough go on last season of MAFS would be an understatement, considering she was fat-shamed by TV ‘husband’ Sam Ball, who then made her out to be a liar.
Oh, and who also had an affair with fellow contestant Ines Basic.
However, our girl got the last laugh by serving the most epic and empowering speech when Sam chose not to face the two women he hurt at the reunion, which subsequently went down as one of the most bad a** moments in MAFS history.
Fingers crossed Lizzie has more luck the second time around!

Tash Hetz is gobsmacked and also fearful for Mr Hayley Vernon, after the fitness fanatic talks at rapid speed and over the top of the other ladies. ‘Good luck to him,’ Tash said before taking a sip from her very full wine glass.
From twerking and rapping at the televised wedding to some serious confrontations with both the men and women, Hayley is one hell of a firecracker!
