Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande are over, and while it’s been HUGE news, it’s not exactly surprising.
Pete and Ari got engaged only after a couple weeks of dating, and their major display of PDA had a lot of fans thinking that their relationship was pure lust, not love.
Especially because Pete had only just ended his 2-year relationship with ex-girlfriend, Cazzie David.
Now, fans are rallying behind Cazzie to not only remind her that this would happen – but to warn her to NEVER take Pete back.
One fan wrote under her latest Insta pic, “Don’t take him back. I REPEAT don’t take him back!!”
Another said, “Girl we all knew it wasn’t gonna last. That relationship was pure lust. You are too good for him.”
someone else said, “YOU WON CAZZIE!!! DON’T TAKE HIM BACK!” Another wrote, “If you take that f*cking sh*t bag back I might have to call your daddy.”
Pete and Cazzie broke up in May this year, and a couple of weeks later he was engaged to Ariana. Cazzie never really commented on the news, so we’re going to assume she will stay quiet about his break up too.
One person explained to People that Pete and Ari’s breakup, “was way too much too soon. It’s not shocking to anyone.”
And another added, “They’re dealing with things that people wouldn’t have to deal with in a lifetime — an ex-boyfriend reportedly overdosing and having all of this fame and attention. These followers and living their lives on social media…it’s a different world…It’s definitely a fresh breakup. But they totally could get back together because who knows with those two.”
