Selena Gomez was always pegged as ‘the one’ for Justin Bieber, but two attempts at dating proved that they just weren’t meant to be.
For fans, they’re having a hard time letting go… especially now that he has married Hailey Bieber.

It took a week for Hailey to upload official photos of her and Justin from the ceremony, which was followed VERY shortly by a sad selfie by Selena.
“Me, all the time,” Selena captioned the selfie of her looking sad, in bed.
The timing of the photo made many people believe it was a direct response to Justin and Hailey showing off their love all over Instagram.
“Because of Justin…we know honey,” one fan commented. “Yeh after checking Justin insta😒😒,” another wrote.
Right before the wedding, fans of Selena were hardcore trolling Justin and Hailey for posting throwback images of them when they were younger.
“My wife and I 🙂 where it all began,” Justin captioned the photo.
Well, apparently where it all began was Selena.
“But shelena [sic] was a first girlfriend,” one person wrote. “@selenagomez he was yours at that time 😭,” wrote another.
Some even went to the extent to say that Justin was wearing his “Jelena necklace” in the photo.
“Look at the necklace people… Jelena still a part of this Lol,” someone wrote.
People were even trying to tag Selena in the post.
It didn’t take long for Sel to supposedly respond.
“She is in a good place,” an insider told Us Magazine, revealing Selena isn’t affected by the news of her ex. “She knows she’s better off without Justin and that it’s the healthiest decision for her. She has been hanging out with old friends and family and keeping herself out of the limelight and away from public places where she might feel bombarded or overwhelmed.”
Selena is far too busy focusing on herself right now to be caught up in the news of her ex. She’s even willing to find love again.
“She is open to dating, but right now, she is solely focused on herself and enjoying life to the best of her ability and getting back to being the Selena that she and all of her close ones knew prior to dating Justin.”
