For years, Tammy Hembrow’s millions of adoring fans have followed all the ups and downs of her love life.

From engagements, to public breakups, and hot new romances, it feels like since first finding fame in 2014 as a fitness influencer and model, we’ve been there every step of the way.
And on the weekend (two years after a very messy breakup from her former fiancé and the father of her children, Reece Hawkins), Tammy finally found her happily ever after with longtime boyfriend Matt Poole.
Matt, who has slotted seamlessly into the 27-year-old’s life with her two young kids Wolf, six and Saskia, five, popped the question to Tammy on a luxury boat off the Gold Coast.
Proving just how much a part of the family he has become, Matt even got little Wolf and Saskia involved in the proposal by getting them to hold up signs asking their beloved mother to marry him.
“I’M IN SHOCK 😭 honestly have not been able to stop crying happy tears. Yes yes yes my love,” Tammy ecstatically captioned a post of her diamond engagement ring.
Matt spared no expense when setting up the scene to pop the question; decorating the private yacht with bouquets of red roses.
The active wear designer is clearly over the moon with her restauranteur fiance, but her love life hasn’t always been smooth sailing (pardon the pun).
When Tammy’s fame took off several years ago, her and Reece’s relationship was starting to heat up, and the pair soon welcomed their son Wolf in 2015.
Then a year later, the couple added to their brood with the birth of their daughter Saskia.
Reece and Tammy were bona fide “couple goals,” and between their engagement, loved-up Instagram posts and luxury trips to Bora Bora, it seemed the couple were unbreakable.
But in early 2018, photos of the couple were all but wiped from each other’s social media accounts. A social media frenzy stirred among eagle-eyed followers who speculated about a potential breakup.
Then, Reece and Tammy announced separately that they had called off their engagement and gone their separate ways.
Reece moved on with US influencer London Shay Goheen, while Tammy dated Canadian rapper Jahkoy Palmer for a brief stint.
While Tammy and Jahkoy’s romance didn’t last, Reece and London went on to get engaged and welcome their first child together, a son named Stone, in March this year.
In September 2020, Tammy announced she was in a relationship with Matt, a hunky former Ironman-turned-restaurant owner.
And you don’t have to be a die-hard Tammy fan to see how much the mother-of-two’s kids mean to Matt.
Just one glance on their Instagram accounts shows the 32-year-old cuddling up to the adorable kids, teaching them to surf, making sandcastles with them and reading books together.
And just quietly, we can’t WAIT to see what kind of wedding these two are going to have!
