In the final episode (where Tracey showed off her newfound relationship with Sean Thomsen), Dean revealed that Tracey was sending him naked/lingerie selfies while she was with Sean.
Drama.
We even saw the kinky texts she was sending Dean at the time.

“You don’t know the full story,” Dean told Sean during the finale.
“You sent me very inappropriate messages. You sent me pictures of you in your underwear!” he said to Tracey in front of everyone.
“You sent me photos of you in your bedroom, going ‘Sean’s gonna love this outfit’.”
Yikes.
While Tracey tried to explain herself, she never really denied it.
